The operating thesis
Small practices do not need another AI product that creates more setup, configuration, and monitoring work. They need a specific operational problem removed from the team's plate.
Fatou Health therefore starts with one workflow. We map how the practice handles it today, build a Customer Brain from approved information, define what the agent is and is not allowed to do, connect only the systems the workflow needs, and test the failure cases before launch.
The language model is useful for understanding and conversation, but it is not the source of authority. Policies, tenant-bound integrations, confirmation gates, execution records, and human escalation determine what can actually happen.
Once the first workflow produces a useful result reliably, the practice can decide whether another workflow is worth adding. Fatou Health grows by earning additional operational responsibility, not by turning on a large bundle of features on day one.
