Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Scope
These terms govern use of Fatou Health's website and services unless a signed order form, pilot agreement, or other written agreement applies. For a paid customer deployment, the signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Administrative AI, not medical care
Fatou Health provides software and managed administrative automation. Fatou Health is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, make treatment decisions, or replace professional medical judgment. Customers are responsible for defining which actions an agent may take and which matters require human review.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate practice information, rules, approved content, and escalation paths.
- Maintain appropriate rights, notices, consents, and permissions for information and systems connected to Fatou Health.
- Review and approve consequential workflows before production use.
- Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and within applicable professional and regulatory obligations.
AI limitations and human oversight
AI systems can misunderstand requests or generate incorrect language. Fatou Health therefore uses scoped tools, permissions, confirmation gates, audit records, and escalation paths, but these controls do not make AI infallible. Customers must identify workflows where human approval or review is required.
Integrations and third-party services
Fatou Health may connect to scheduling, communications, hosting, database, AI, or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms, availability, and limitations. Fatou Health is not responsible for a third-party service outside the scope of Fatou Health's written commitments.
Fees and scope
Public pricing is informational and may describe a standard scope. Final fees, included usage, integrations, support, and implementation responsibilities are confirmed in writing before a paid deployment. Third-party fees and unusually complex integration work may be separate.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fatou Health to violate law, gain unauthorized access, deceive users about the source of medical advice, bypass security or permission controls, transmit malicious code, or intentionally cause the service to take unauthorized consequential actions.
Intellectual property and customer data
Fatou Health retains rights in its software, workflows, templates, and platform technology. Customers retain rights they otherwise hold in the data and materials they provide. Rights in custom deliverables, exports, and deployment-specific materials are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may change the website or non-contracted features as the product evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. Paid service termination, data export, deletion, warranties, liability, governing law, and dispute terms are governed by the applicable written customer agreement.
