Question 1

What does Fatou Health actually do?

Accepted Answer

Fatou Health is an AI front office for independent healthcare practices. It takes responsibility for bounded administrative work across the tools the practice already uses. We map the workflow, build a Practice Operating Model, connect only the systems it needs, define authority and escalation, test failure cases, and keep the case open until the outcome is verified or safely escalated. The first offer owns patient access from inquiry through verified appointment.

Question 2

Is Fatou Health self-serve software?

Accepted Answer

No. The current offer is managed implementation and operation. Fatou Health maps the workflow, builds and connects the agent, tests it with the practice, and continues monitoring and tuning it after launch.

Question 3

What can the AI receptionist do?

Accepted Answer

For a configured practice it can handle website inquiries, answer from approved practice knowledge, understand administrative intent, collect approved basic information, route the visitor, check live scheduling availability, require explicit confirmation, create an approved appointment, and hand off unsupported or clinical matters to staff. Exact capabilities depend on the workflow and integrations the practice has approved.

Question 4

Does Fatou Health provide medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Fatou Health is for administrative workflows. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, interpret symptoms or labs, decide clinical eligibility, or replace a healthcare professional. Clinical questions are routed to the practice.

Question 5

What does Fatou Health offer beyond patient access today?

Accepted Answer

The current commercial focus is managed patient access with configured scheduling and staff handoff. Other administrative workflows remain separate discovery and validation areas and should not be assumed available unless they are explicitly scoped, tested, and approved for a specific deployment.

Question 6

How does Fatou Health keep the agent from taking unauthorized actions?

Accepted Answer

Consequential actions are constrained by server-side policy, tenant-bound integrations, explicit confirmation where required, and human escalation. The language model is not treated as the source of authority.

Question 7

What happens if Fatou Health cannot verify something?

Accepted Answer

It should not guess. If a practice fact, live availability, or action outcome cannot be verified, the workflow stops safely, records the failure or uncertainty, and uses the configured human handoff when appropriate. Fatou Health should not present an uncertain action as completed.

Question 8

Can I review what the workflow did?

Accepted Answer

Fatou Health is designed so consequential executions and failures are recorded for review. If an action fails or its outcome is uncertain, the agent should not present it as completed. The exact dashboard and reporting surface depends on the deployed workflow.

Question 9

How much does Fatou Health cost?

Accepted Answer

The initial workflow-fit check is no charge. For the first 1–3 paying design partners, activation is $750 one time and managed operation of the first bounded patient-access workflow is $299 per month, with that monthly rate locked for 12 months. Initial checkout is $1,049 because it combines activation and the first month. Service remains month-to-month. Additional workflows, high-volume or multi-location deployments, third-party platform fees, and custom native integrations are quoted in writing before activation. Payment does not grant workflow authority.
